In-Home Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Many Queer couples and individuals looking to become pregnant with donor sperm think they need to go through expensive fertility clinics.
But its not true!
Getting pregnant at home means you get to create the environment and the moment. It can be less medicalized and more the way you imagine it.
For many people, the only “fertility issue” is that the person desiring to become pregnant is not exposed to sperm during sex. In many cases, proper fertility tracking and timely insemination can make pregnancy possible at home without medication or expensive clinic visits.
With IUI, we use a very thin catheter to help sperm get past the cervix and deposit them deep in the uterus so they can more easily meet the egg that has been released into the fallopian tube during ovulation.
