Membership is $65 per person, per month + a $100 enrollment fee.

While we recommend folks have insurance plans that cover catastrophes in addition to this DPC membership, this can be an affordable way to offer quality healthcare to your staff or members.

The number of slots you buy will be held for your organization for the rest of the year even if your organization experiences turnover.

For example: You enroll for 5 slots for a year, but in the third month someone leaves the organization. You still have access to that slot for the rest of the year and only pay half of the monthly fee $32.50. A new member joins your organization in the fifth month and is able to take that spot. Your monthly fee for that spot goes back up to $65 per month without you incurring an additional enrollment fee.

Dr Devasthali is open to requests regarding ways this membership can be more uniquely tailored to fit your organization including offering on-site health education sessions on topics relevant to your members and on-site consultation to help address potential occupational causes of injury or illness.
